All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at the time of order placement using our accepted payment methods.

Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customized or assembled furniture may not be eligible for return. Mattresses have specific return conditions detailed on their product pages.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Additional shipping restrictions may apply for large items like beds, sofas, and outdoor furniture.
