  • Original packaging must be intact and included with the return
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refund
  • Mattresses must be returned in their original protective packaging

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
  • Assembled furniture
  • Items damaged due to improper use or assembly
  • Opened mattresses without original protective packaging
  • Used pet furniture or accessories

Return Process

  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the provided address
